Ingredients

• 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• Pinch salt

Directions

Mix and roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut out cookies in desired shapes. Prick with a fork. Bake until golden.
