From cottages to custom designed homes we offer the ideal vacation rental
property to explore the culture, ocean, and wilderness along the Lighthouse
Trail on Nova Scotia's South Shore and throughout the Annapolis Valley. Each
home is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and
kitchen linens. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases,
blankets and bed spreads or comforters. Also included are towels, soap and paper
products.

Rates
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and may be subject to a 15% sales tax
(refundable to non-Canadian residents). Monthly and Weekly Off Season Rates By
Request.
Departure and Refund of Security Deposit
A cleaning crew will arrive to launder linens, remake beds, restock soap and
paper supplies, vacuum and dust, clean the kitchen and baths, and prepare the
house for the next guests. The additional cost of carpet cleaning, as well as
any missing linens or accidental damage to the home will be deducted from your
security deposit and/or charged to the credit card on file. Any balance will be
returned within 14 days of your departure.
Cancellation Policy:
The Tenant acknowledges that because of the short rental season in Nova Scotia,
they are buying the time available in the property and they own that time slot.
In the event the Tenant cancels their reservation:
(a) More than 90 days before the check-in date, the Tenant agrees that $250.00
shall be forfeited from the $500 security deposit; or
(b) More that 30 days but less than 90 days before the check-in date, 75% of the
total rental fee is forfeited, less the security deposit,
unless the property can be rented to another Tenant on the same or better terms and conditions; or
(c) 30 days or less before the check-in date, 100% of the total rental fee is
forfeited less the security deposit, unless the property can be rented to
another Tenant on the same or better terms and conditions.
