We have been hosting satisfied guests since 1987.

2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Family Suite:-
The Suite has a large room with King /Twin bed, private bath, sitting area with Fireplace, Fridge, TV./Vcr and a great VIEW of the Niagara Gorge from your private deck. There is also an adjoining small room with Queen bed and large ensuite shower to accommodate up to a total of 4 people ($220 Cdn.)

Antique Queen Bed:-
Our room with a Queen sized bed includes cable TV and private bathroom ourside the room in the hall. Relax in the privacy of your room and watch TV or join the other guests in our common living room to enjoy the Fireplace on cold winter evenings.

Antique Double Bed:-
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in our room with the Large Antique Double Bed and cable T.v. You have your own private ensuite bathroom with a shower inside your room which has towels, soap and shampoo supplied for your convenience.

Breakfast is served Buffet Style so that you are able to choose to sit in our front porch in the summer or by the fireplace in the living room in the winter.

Theatres and Comedy Clubs:-
Plan to stay a few nights to enjoy our many Dinner Theatres and Comedy Clubs in the Niagara Region.

Weddings:-
I offer 3 Night Honeymoon Packages all Year. The Niagara Region is a Perfect setting for your Wedding whether you plan to get married outside in the Niagara Parks, in a Historic Church, or a Cozy Wedding Chapel. I will be glad to help you with your Wedding Plans since our Past Guests have highly recommended Photographers, Chapels and Wineries
for receptions. We are able to accommodate your guests in our Neighbouring B&Bs which are all licensed and belong to our Niagara Falls Canada Bed & Breakfast Association.

Cancellation Policy: All Rates are per Room per night and include one Dinner at a choice of 3 different restaurants down at the Falls, when you stay 3 nights. There is a 7% GST Tax to be added to the rate at time of billing. Anyone outside of Canada can claim the GST Tax and get a rebate. You can Reserve online on my Easy Booking or Fax (905-356-3563)your credit card information. I would appreciate one night's deposit to ensure your arrival. I do require 48-hours notice for cancellation, or a one night's fee is charged . If I am able to rent out the room, there will be no late cancellation charges.

Directions:-
Andrea's B&B is located between the Rainbow and Whirlpool Bridges just one house up for the River Road.

From Toronto: Follow the QEW to 405 and then exit on Stanley Ave. Turn right
 on Stanley and then left onto Whirlpool Road just before you cross the Train Track. Turn right onto River Road (Niagara Parkway ) and follow it past the Whirlpool Bridge. Simcoe Street is about 5 streets down on your right.

From Peace Bridge: Follow QEW to 420 then turn left at the first set of lights onto Stanley Ave. Go right onto Morrison and then to River Road. Turn right onto River Road and go one block and then right onto Simcoe St.

From Rainbow Bridge: Turn right as soon as you get off the Bridge and do not follow HWY 420. Turn right on Hiram and left onto River Road (Niagara Parkway). Follow the River Road about 9 blocks and turn left on Simcoe Street.
