A
unique park side retreat

Midland has a busy, thriving downtown shopping area. There are many unique gift shops, from antique to country to nautical and exclusive ladies wear shops. The location of our Bed & Breakfast offers the convenience of being able to walk to them all, but feel you are 'at the cottage' at the same time.

Guests also have full use of the guest lounge,
with card and games table for chess, or checkers and many magazines and travel books. Our covered deck overlooking the garden, park and lake is also open to all. For business travellers we have fax, telephone, Internet, copier and printer available.

Breakfast
In the morning we have a healthy, interesting breakfast for you to enjoy. We believe that a good breakfast is a great way to start the day. We start with orange juice and lots of fresh fruit, usually followed by another fruit dish, which could be baked, sautéed or even mildly curried. Then you may have Duff, Slump or Betty, or Apple/molasses pancakes, or Orange waffles. Our breakfasts are never dull, and there is plenty of it! We also have bagels, whole-wheat bread, muffins and a variety of cereals.

Refreshments are available so if you arrive thirsty, please let us know! Our kitchen is always open for coffee or tea. We also have bottled water available.
