VistaRoyale Vacation Rental is located high atop Point Blanche overlooking Great Bay, and is convenient to all this special island offers:  37 white sand beaches, fabulous water sports, gourmet dining, duty free shopping, open craft markets, day trips to adjacent islands of St. Barth's, Anguilla and Saba.  Once people find St. Maarten / St. Martin, they tend to return time and time again!

This superbly located luxury suite is ideal for honeymoons, romantic getaways, sun and sand vacations, or that special Caribbean holiday.

Payment Method: $100 deposit via personal check at time of reservation; balance via personal check two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations within two weeks of arrival date, all payments made will be applied to future booking less $250 rebooking fee or refunded less $500 cancellation fee at guest's discretion.

Location: VistaRoyale is 15 minutes from the airport, Marigot and Orient Beach (best beach on the island), and 20 minutes to Grand Case (best restaurants). All of St. Maarten / St. Martin is only 37 square miles in area.  Nothing on the island is more than 20-25 minutes away from anything else.
