Ideal for one single or a couple that is active and not looking to spend much time indoors. Sundiver has 6 Beach Nooks available for rental. Great for a group of couples traveling together with an additional 10% off when you book three or more rooms.

Beach Nook rooms open out directly to the beach. You can enjoy the beauty of sunrise over the reef and the gentle trade winds through the sliding doors and awning windows. Air-conditioning or the natural breezes assisted by a ceiling fan will keep you cool. A comfortable queen-sized bed, en-suite facilities, telephone, six channels of satellite TV, and island charm are all part of your Sundiver experience.

The Sea View

Our Sea view room is great for couples or 2 singles. We have 2 of these rooms and it is a great set up for a family of four. Request our family rate when you book both.
 

Sea View rooms have the same wonderful view of the ocean and reef that you get everywhere at Sundiver Beach Resort! You're just a few steps from hammocks strung between palm trees. When not using the hammocks, You'll have your choice of a king-sized or two twin beds. Couples or friends can be accommodated in these rooms. You will enjoy calming natural tones, decorative mosquito nets, wicker furniture, and an unrestricted view of the world’s second longest barrier reef. Air conditioning, en-suite facilities, telephone and six channels of satellite TV round out the Sea View.

Also known as our honeymoon suites this room is a perfect place for a couple that like privacy and want to spend time lounging on the veranda or in the living room. We have only 2 of these beautiful rooms located in the south oceanfront building. The suite also works very well for families of 3 or four with young children with a queen sized pull out sofa bed and a decorative wall separating the sleeping area from the living room area.
 

Enjoy the view of Belize’s barrier reef from the upper floor. You will enjoy the added luxury of a sitting area and a private verandah where you can relax in comfortable hammock chairs. The suites are an open plan  with a decorative wall and have a king-sized bed or two twin beds. They also have a queen-sized fold out sofa bed in the sitting area. As with all of our rooms, the suites have en-suite facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, TV, coffee makers and the added feature of a small refrigerator.

We have only 2 of these beautiful rooms located in the south oceanfront building.

The Sunrise  Suites  are located on the second level of north oceanfront buildings. We have 2 of these suites available one of which is more spacious then other, the smaller being the most secluded room in the resort.

Great if you would like the option of cooking for yourselves. The bigger of the two suites is a great gathering place if you are traveling in as small group. Groups with 3 or more rooms receive a 10% discount. We also couple this room with our Sea View rooms for families with adult children (please request the special rate).  In our Sunrise Suite you will enjoy the added luxury of a sitting area and a private verandah where you can relax in comfortable hammock chairs. The suites have an open plan floor plan with a decorative wall  and have a king-sized bed or two twin beds. They also have a queen-sized fold out sofa bed in the sitting area and a dining area for four.

The Sunrise Suites have kitchenettes stocked with the basics. Special requests can be made to stock this room with food and beverages.

Four spectacular villas make up an enclave of villas surrounding their own freshwater luxury pool. 2 of these villas are available for rental through Sundiver receiving all the services our hotel guests receive. All are two-story houses with bedrooms on the lower floors and the living area on the upper floors. Each is decorated with island charm, is air conditioned, has a fully- equipped kitchens for those who might like to try their hand at cooking some of the local delicacies, satellite TV, and covered verandahs up and down. Our guests enjoy the full amenities of Sundiver Beach Resort, including daily maid service.
 

 

Reef Rider Villa situated at the back of the pool has the most spectacular view of the villas. It looks directly out over the sparkling pool, lush gardens, over the white sand beach, and out to the Caribbean Sea barrier reef. This villa has two bedrooms both with king or twin beds and three bathrooms. There is a queen size fold out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.

Sea Breeze Villa has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This is the largest of the villas and sleeps eight. Each room has beds that are convertible from King to twin beds and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has its own sitting area and a walk in closet. The living room has fold down futons for additional sleeping areas. Sea Breeze looks over the pool, garden and out on the ocean.

Taxes and fees
Belize has a 9% hotel tax and a 9% sales tax.
Individual room nights are charged the additional 9% hotel tax and 9% sales tax.
Packages are only charged the 9% sales tax.
Gratuities are not included.

Nightly rates include
Oceanfront room views, transportation to and from San Pedro Airport, daily maid service, continental breakfast, and a welcome island drink. All rooms are equipped with A/C, fans, telephones, alarm clocks, private baths, TV, and coffeemaker.

Package rates
All Packages include Oceanfront room views, transportation to and from San Pedro Airport, daily maid service, and a welcome island drink. All rooms are equipped with A/C, fans, telephones, alarm clocks, private baths, TV, and include continental breakfast.

Group Rates: 10% off of room rate. A group consists of 3 or more rooms. This offer is not inclusive of Villas.

Seasons
High Season Rates: November 15 - April 30
Low Season Rates: May 1 - November 14
Rentals that begin in one season and end in another will be adjusted accordingly

Payment
All rates are in US Dollars. We accept online payments with Visa MasterCard American Express and Discover. Credit cards will be charged in Belize dollars which is $1.00 US to $2.00 BZE we are not responsible for any conversion charge credit card companies may apply to your card. We also accept certified cheque, bank draft or wire transfer. Payment by cheque are to be made payable to Kathryn Scott/Sundiver Beach Resort.

We require 20% deposit 24 hours within booking by way of credit card and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in any of the above forms. For bookings less than 30 days in advance we require payment in full by credit card. A non included 9% hotel tax will be applied to all rentals. For bookings From December 15th to January 5th payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy
Cancellations 31 days prior to booking are given 100% refund. Cancellations 30 days or less will receive no refund but may be transferred to another booking date that falls within one year of original booking date. Bookings from December 15th to January 5th will receive no refunds for cancellations 60 days or under.
