These per-night rates are in U.S. dollars, are for beach-level units, (not per
person), and are for double occupancy. Addditional adult occupants add $20 per
night; Teens 13-18 add $10 per night. There is no extra charge for children 12
or under. Upper-level units add $20 per night. There is a 7% government room
tax, but no additional service
charge.
Cancellations: If a personal
or medical emergency, independently documented or verified in writing by a
medical provider, causes a trip cancellation, and no trip cancellation insurance
exists (strongly recommended), we will provide a "credit" toward an alternate
stay, for the same number of nights, during off-peak season, at a time agreeable
to both the guest and the resort. A $100 rebooking fee will be charged to cover
administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the
non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if
the guest provides ample written notice and the resort is able to rent that same
accommodation, for the same dates, to others.
