- All guest rooms have private baths.
- Guest Room and Villa rates are based on double occupancy, taxes not
included.
- Add $25.00 for each additional guest in a room or villa.
- All guest rooms and villas are air-conditioned and have a private patio.
- Rates are slightly higher during Christmas and Easter.
Reservation Policy:
A confirmation deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We are happy
to accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or traveller's checks. To guarantee a
reservation of 1 or 2 nights we request a one (1) night's deposit. A deposit of
50% of your total reservation is required for reservations of 3 or more nights.
All balances are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation deposit
may be made by mailing a check to our Miami, Florida bank or with a credit card
authorization. Reservations will be held 7 days pending receipt of your
confirmation deposit.
If your check, credit card authorization or a communication regarding payment is
not received prior to the 7 days, Villa Alegre will assume that you have
cancelled your reservation.
