– Bird watching, butterflies, whales, dolphins, sea
turtles, scuba, snorkeling, crocodiles, swamps, jungles waterfalls,
beaches and horseback riding.
The Unity Tree Bed & Breakfast is situated in the village of Uvita,
15 minutes south of Dominical on the Costanera Highway. We are 30 minutes north
of Palmar Sur, where there is a local airport. If you choose to drive we are
4-5 hours from San Jose via San Isidro or 2 hours from Quepos. Uvita is located
next to Ballena Marine National Park and close to Cano Island Biological
Reserve. Corcovado National Park and the mangrove swamps of the Sierpe River are
also wonderful nearby attractions. There also is great offshore and deep sea
fishing available.
At the Unity Tree Bed &
Breakfast, every room in our Tico house has fine crafted vaulted
wooden ceilings. The sunken living room has full length windows and French doors
which open onto the backyard, surrounded by lush jungle foliage and a babbling
creek.
We have three beautifully decorated
bedrooms. Each contains orthopedic mattresses, hypo-allergenic
mattress pads and pillow coverings, 100% cotton bedding, air conditioning and
plenty of closet, drawer and shelf space. The rooms have a theme which is
reflected in the decor. The Bird of Paradise room has a double bed. The Blue
Lagoon room has a double and a single bed. The Fern Gully room has two single
beds.
