The Villa and Facilities

Location: The Villa is located on placid Conejos Bay in a quiet, prestigious residential area of Huatulco. It is an easy 20 minute drive from the Huatulco International Airport. We are three minutes by car to the hotels and restaurants in Tangolunda Bay; five minutes to the golf course with its pool and tennis courts; and ten minutes to either the Marina in Santa Cruz or the colorful Mexican community of La Crucecita, each of which has parks, markets, shops, and restaurants. Best of all, it is only a three minute walk to Tejoncito, a sandy, tranquil, private beach. Agua Azul la Villa overlooks this beach

Designed as a Bed & Breakfast in the Pacific Coast style Agua Azul la Villa integrates architecture and landscape and relies heavily on natural materials. The decor is eclectic and uses Mayan textiles and objects d'art from Mexico and Guatemala. Agua Azul la Villa is so named because from here you are able to see "Blue Water" to the horizon.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-rent the room.  If this is possible we will charge a cancellation fee of $50.00.  If we cannot re-rent the room we reserve the right to charge
the full amount of the stay.
