Casa Mirador is truly your home south of the border, a unique tropical vacation experience.

Situated on beautiful Banderas Bay, Casa Mirador enjoys a pristine setting on prestigious Conchas Chinas Beach. Built in 1973, the home was renovated, redecorated and in December 1996, opened as a beachfront bed and breakfast.
 

Each suite offers the privacy of a lovely bathroom, king bed, kitchen and terrace or balcony. Enjoy the exquisite view from your balcony, soak up the warmth of the sun, swim in the warm ocean, unwind by the pool and surrender to the peaceful sound of the waves.

Breakfast is served pool-side under our palapa, overlooking the bay of Banderas. 
Full breakfast is provided mid-December through mid-April. Continental breakfast is provided the rest of the year.

Casa Mirador is close to town with easy access by bus or taxi...no car rental needed. Your hosts will help you book reservations and pick tours and activities suited to your tastes. Restaurants, shopping and PV's nightlife is nearby.

Suite El Atico includes:
Two bedroom suite with private balcony, sleeps four. King size bed in master bedroom. The back bedroom can be configured for two twin beds or 1 king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 1/2 Baths with showers. Overhead fans. No A/C.

Suite Corazon Mimado includes:
One bedroom suit with king size bed and extra large bathroom. Kitchenette. This suite receives a wonderful ocean breeze. Overhead fans. In room safe. No A/C.
 

Suite Casa Conchita includes:
One bedroom with king size bed, sleeps 2. Kitchenette. Sunken bath with ocean view. A/C.

Suite Sonido de las Olas include:
One bedroom with king size bed, sleeps 2. Kitchenette. In room safe. Bath with shower. A/C.

Suite Vista de Los Arcos includes:
Beach front suite with One bedroom with king size bed, sleeps 2. Kitchenette. In room safe, Bath with shower. A/C.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum 50% deposit at time of reservation. Refund less $25 with more than 60 days notice.50% refund with more than 30 days notice. 30 days or less, no refund.
