Casa Mirador is truly your home south of the border, a unique
tropical vacation experience. Situated on beautiful Banderas Bay, Casa Mirador
enjoys a  pristine setting on prestigious Conchas Chinas Beach. Built in 1973,
the home was renovated, redecorated and in December 1996, opened as a beachfront
bed and breakfast.
Each suite offers the privacy of a lovely
bathroom, king bed, kitchen and terrace or balcony. Enjoy the exquisite view
from your balcony, soak up the warmth of the sun, swim in the warm ocean, unwind
by the pool and surrender to the peaceful sound of the waves.
Breakfast is served pool-side under our palapa,
overlooking the bay of Banderas.
Full breakfast is provided mid-December through mid-April.
Continental breakfast is provided the rest of the year.
Casa Mirador
is close to town with easy access by bus or taxi...no car rental
needed. Your hosts will help you book reservations and pick tours and activities
suited to your tastes. Restaurants, shopping and PV's nightlife is nearby.
We
will make every effort to honor room requests, though occasionally we
are unable to do so. Bookings of less than 1 week (7 nights) are not guaranteed
a specific room(s).

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum 50% deposit at time of reservation. Refund less $25 with more
than 60 days notice.50% refund with more than 30 days notice. 30 days or less,
no refund.
