Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more
than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days
notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required
time the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25.00 per room
cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, if applicable, 30
days, of arrival date you will be obligated for the room, but we will
make every effort to re-rent it. If we are able to re-rent the room you
will be credited for the amount the room is re-rented for less a $25
cancellation fee. If a reservation is at a special rate and is
designated as run of the house it must be paid in full at time of
reservation an is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Directions: From Phoenix
Driving Directions to From Phoenix – Take I-17N to Exit #287 (route
260). Then west 12 miles to Cottonwood. Turn right onto 89A North to
Sedona (14 miles). About 1/4 mile after the second traffic light turn
left on Tortilla Drive (there is a gas station named Giant on the corner
and Big O Tire across the street), then a left at the first stop sign
(Southwest Drive). After turning onto Southwest Drive, take an immediate
right onto Hozoni Drive. The ADOBE GRAND VILLAS are located 1/2 block on
your left at 35 Hozoni Drive . Call 800-228-1425 if you need help. If it
is after 7 pm you will be given another contact number by calling the
800 number.
From Flagstaff
Take Hwy I-17 S (just a few miles on I-17) to the 89A Sedona Exit and
continue on 89A (which winds – When you reach the intersection of
Highways 89A and 179, keep going straight on Highway 89A for 3 miles.
Take a right turn on Tortilla Drive (there is a gas station named Giant
on the corner and Big O Tire across the street), then a left at the
first stop sign (Southwest Drive). After turning onto Southwest Drive,
