Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more
than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days
notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required
time the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25.00 per room
cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, if applicable, 30
days, of arrival date you will be obligated for the room, but we will
make every effort to re-rent it. If we are able to re-rent the room you
will be credited for the amount the room is re-rented for less a $25
cancellation fee. If a reservation is at a special rate and is
designated as run of the house it must be paid in full at time of
reservation an is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

From Phoenix Arizona Sky Harbor Airport To Adobe Village
Graham Inn:
Exit Sky Harbor Airport by following the "west exit" to which says
"I-10/ I-51/ I-17. As you follow that sign stay with the I-10/ I-51 (do
not follow the I-10/ I-17 side) You will continue on the I-10 / I-51
until you see the sign "I-17 North Flagstaff", Continue on the I-17
North, then take Exit #298 which is Hwy. 179 (Sign says Sedona Exit).
Drive 8.1 miles and Turn left at the third stoplight, onto Bell Rock
Blvd. Drive two blocks, passing the first Canyon Circle Drive. You'll
see us on the right, on the corner of Bell Rock Blvd. and Canyon Circle
Drive. You're at Adobe Village Graham Inn. Call 800-228-1425 if you need
help. If it is after 7 pm you will be given another contact number by
calling the 800 number.
From Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon or
Cottonwood to Adobe Village Graham Inn:
From Hwy. 89A turn south at the
stoplight onto Hwy. 179 . Drive 6.3 miles, and turn right onto Bell Rock
Blvd., the first stoplight as you enter the Village of Oak Creek. Drive
two blocks, passing the first Canyon Circle Drive. You'll see us on the
right, on the corner of Bell Rock Blvd. and Canyon Circle Drive. You're
at the Adobe Village Graham Inn. Call 800-228-1425 if you need help. If
