Welcome to the inn! A redesigned church has been converted into a luxury bed and breakfast. Hardwood floors hidden under carpet for years have been refinished. Generously sized rooms have been decorated with original art and custom furnishings.

I can arrange to have flowers in your room, a massage for one or two, tickets to events, or adventure activities when you reserve. Lounge on the deck, enjoy the wildlife in the meadow, a quiet relaxed getaway is an alternative to your work life. This is The Inn at Buena Vista. Imagine Yourself Here.....
 


 

A hosted breakfast at The Inn at Buena Vista is served at 8 o’clock. Be prepared for a delicious combination of hot and cold foods prepared by chef/owner Sandy Schrawder. Fresh seasonal fruits, yogurt, a selection of cold cereals includes homemade granola, freshly roasted and ground coffee, two kinds of juice, fresh pastries and a hot entrée are ready for your enjoyment.

One of Sandy’s special dishes was passed down from her Swedish side of the family. Eggareera is a warm egg and bacon gravy served over toast points. Delicate, yet flavorful. If you need to get out earlier, just let me know. Early requests can be accommodated with advance notice.

Specials: You live well, so why not relax in comfort with the amenities that stimulate your senses and soothe your soul. The Spa at The Inn offers massage therapy, customized facials, manicures and pedicures. Enjoy soft music, sensory therapy, color and aromatherapy while your body is being transported by a licensed therapist or esthetician.

We are also available for weddings and commitment ceremonies.

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required upon reservation or 1 night stay, whichever is larger. Refunds given until 14 days. Within 14 days, gift certificate for another stay will be given.

 From Denver, 285 S to 24 W for 2 miles, turn left on DePaul St. to S. Gunnison Ave. 120 miles, approximately 2-1/2 hours. From Colorado Springs, 24 W to Buena Vista.  Turn left on DePaul St. to S. Gunnison Ave. 90 miles, approx. 2 hours.
