The Bed & Breakfast Inn is a rustic, elegant log lodge with two rental cabins nestled in the Rocky Mountains on 2 ½ acres graced by mature Spruce and Ponderosa Pines, surrounded by a grove of scrub oaks and lavender bushes, 10 miles west of Colorado Springs, at the base of Pikes Peak.

Built in 1936 as a summer home, it was turned into a Bed & Breakfast Inn in 1997, decorated with period pieces.

The impressive Great Room, with 16' ceilings, includes the famous 7 point elk, Prince Albert, who graces our fireplace (ask about the story when you check-in).

It is constructed of log siding, oak hardwood floors, and knotty pine interior, for a true "lodge" look and feel. It has 5 uniquely furnished rooms, each with private baths, queen beds, and cable TV/VCRs, some having private balconies and sitting benches. Also on the property is a gazebo, and in season a volleyball net, horseshoes and croquet for outdoor enjoyment.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the beautiful foothill mountains by day and the western stars by night. Snuggle up by the massive rock fireplace in the evenings while nibbling on our decadent nightly dessert, served either out on the terrace or in the great room.

Enjoy an afternoon snack, and come with an appetite for our spectacular 3 course breakfast each morning.

Coming for a special occasion? Surprise that special someone by ordering our Romance Package, which consists of a bouquet of roses in your room, chocolate covered strawberries, a bottle of chilled sparkling cider, a personalized cake for two, candles for ambiance, and breakfast served in bed, all for only $50. It'll truly make your stay extra special!

Entire lodge rental is available for family reunions, business meetings, weddings and retreats! The lodge will sleep 13+ people comfortably, and can host up to 50 people for private functions.

Also available are a Cabin and a Cottage.

The Cabin is a true log-hewn cabin, built in 1909. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, the 2nd having a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top), a living room with a fireplace, Cable TV/VCR, and queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped. There is also a bathroom, carport, and private patio with beautiful mountain views. It will sleep 7 people. The Cottage, built in 1938 with stone and wood, has such charm! It has 2 stories. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining area, day bed (which opens to a King bed or 2 Twins), and a bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom/sitting room suite, with a Cable TV/VCR, a queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed. It will sleep 6 people. Both the cabin and cottage come completely furnished, including beddings, towels, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.

The kitchens in both
the cabin and cottage have stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffeemakers; the cabin also has a dishwasher! All you need is your clothes, toiletries and food! Our Cabin and Cottage guests are also welcome to the come to the lodge for our fabulous 3 course breakfasts for an additional charge.
