A cozy mountain retreat, the Woods Inn offers a central location to the most beautiful natural attractions in Colorado. Our rooms are diverse in their set-up and decorated with personal items the owners have collected throughout the world. We offer everything from an intimate single bedroom with a king-sized bed to a two- bedroom, full Kitchen unit with a loft that can comfortably sleep 12-14 people.
 

Our location is ideal for experiencing the wonders of the Rockies. We are situated between five world-class ski slopes; Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail.

In addition to fabulous cross-country skiing here in Frisco, there are numerous other winter activities close by: dog sledding, snowmobiling, and horse-back riding, just to name a few.

Summer offers beautiful days and cool nights. There are hiking and biking trails minutes from our front door and a lake for sailing and boating.

Starting at 8:00am everyday we serve a made to order breakfast that's all-you-can-eat for just $5 per-person. Our menu includes eggs - any style, blueberry pancakes, french toast, bacon and sausage.

Cozy up next to the roaring fire in our comfortable fire place room. Relax with your favorite book, or surf the web on our community computer.

We also boast a beautiful out-door hot tub to sooth away your worries. The hot tub is open 24 hours for our Guests' convenience.

When the weather is Beautiful the brick terrace becomes the gathering place for many of our guests. Some guests decide to do their own cooking with our BBQ grill. The Inn is only one block off the Main Street, across from the Frisco Historical District.

Minimum night stays may apply during selected times.

Quality Accommodation

Built in 1994, the Suites offer modern, spacious rooms. Our suites have been constructed with vacationer privacy and convenience in mind.

Our smallest rooms have a TV and private phone and may sleep up to 2 to 4 people. Our largest has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a loft and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people.
 

Guests have access to all the amenities of the Inn, including the hot tub. These rooms also have a TV, hair dryers, private phone and private bathrooms.

Take an exciting rafting trip through Colorado's most spectacular areas. There are rafting trips from the thrilling Arkansas to the mild Colorado.

The Town of Breckenridge boasts a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. The championship golf course opened in 1985 making the Breckenridge golf course a premier destination for mountain golf.

Lake Dillon is one of Colorado's most pristine recreation areas, surrounded on all sides by unrivaled mountain views. Don't miss Breckenridge's famous SuperSlide! Ride the slalom courses or try the steeper giant slalom track with multiple dips for the more experienced rider.

How to Find Us

From Denver:

● Take I-70 west to exit 201, the Frisco main street exit.
● Follow Main Street until you reach Second Avenue.
● Turn right on Second Avenue. The Woods Inn is 1 block up on the right, on the corner of Second Avenue and Granite Street.

From Colorado Springs:

● Take Highway 24 through Woodland Park.
● Continue to U.S. 285 (Antero Junction) and take a right.
● At Fairplay take a left onto SR 9.
● Go through Breckenridge and continue on to Frisco.
● Turn left on Main Street.
● Turn left on Second Avenue and the Woods Inn is 1 block up on the right, on the corner of Second Avenue and Granite Street.
