Five newly renovated guest rooms have been beautifully furnished and decorated for your pleasure and comfort. All rooms have Vermont Casting fireplaces.

Four rooms have dual person pedestal soaking tubs.  

Each room has a small refrigerator stocked with complimentary, beer, wine, champagne, bottled water and soda. There is also a fresh fruit and snack basket. They also have two bathrobes, air conditioning, color cable TV , DVD, (bring your own DVD or choose one from our collection) VCR, radio/.cassette/CD players, hair dryers and access to house phones and fax.

— THE DRAWING ROOM —

First floor elegance.  Queen size bed, a dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace and private bathroom.   This room is the only bedroom on the first floor it is in a wing by itself with an entrance to the back yard.  It is very private and perfect for anyone who needs first floor accommodations. $185 per evening weekends in season and holidays.  Mid week and off season, $155 per evening.  For discounted rates and specials see our SPECIALS.
 

— THE BACKROOM —

Comfortable elegance and charm. Large room with a dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace, private bathroom, queen size bed and daubed.  The perfect room for families, and friends wishing to share a room.  Also it is a wonderful honeymoon suite. $195 per evening weekends in season and holidays.  Mid week and off season, $165 per evening.  For discounted rates and specials see our SPECIALS.
 

— THE MIDDLE ROOM —

Victorian romance. Queen size bed, very romantic. Our smallest room, but our most quaint. This room has a fireplace and private detached bath right out side the bedroom door with a standard tub and shower.   $155 per evening weekends in season and holidays. — THE FRONT ROOM —

Rustic charm.  A cozy, comfortable, romantic and delightful room.  Queen size sleigh bed, dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace, a private bath with shower.  $185 per evening weekends in season and holidays.  Mid week and off season, $155 per evening.  For discounted rates and specials see our SPECIALS.
 

— THE ANGEL LOFT —

Your very own Nirvana. Large, spacious, private, comfortable, romantic and very secluded. King size bed, dual person  pedestal soaking tub, fireplace,  private bath with shower.  The Loft stairwell is steeper and narrower then normal but well worth the climb. This room is not suitable for individuals who have difficulty with stairs or are taller then six feet eight inches. $195 per evening weekends in season and holidays. — RATES —

Rates are $155 - $195 Friday and Saturday, Saturday and Sunday with a Saturday evening stay May 1 – November 11.

Sunday thru Thursday May 1 – November 11  and everyday November 11 - thru April 30 rates are $155 - $165 per evening. (Special events and Holidays excluded)

SPECIALS:- Mid Week Sunday thru Thursday and Off Season Specials: $115-$165 per evening.

There is a two evening minimum on weekends and holidays and a three evening minimum on all holiday weekends.
 

— LONG TERM STAYS —

For stays of a month or longer the rate is $300 - $400 per week based on single occupancy. November 12 through April 30. May 1 through November 11 the rate is $600 - $700 per week based on single occupancy. An additional charge of $100 per week will be charged for double occupancy. This includes full kitchen privileges, washer/dryer. Breakfast is not included.

Children 10 and under stay for free. Rates are based on double
occupancy. There is a $25 fee per evening for an additional person in the room.

Rates do not include a 12% room use tax and are subject to change.

Gift certificates are available.  Reservations are recommended.
