Eight elegantly decorated rooms/suites
offer whirlpool tubs (except Marthasville), TV, VCR, CD player, ceiling
fans, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, robes, telephone with
modem hook-up and wireless high-speed internet.
The rooms at Sunset Bay Inn have been named to capture the
memories of Martha's childhood in this home as well as the memories Bob
and Martha cherish in their life together. Each room has been named for
places that have been a special part of their life, and tastefully
decorated theme rooms have been created for all their guests to enjoy.
Sunset Bay Inn's
signature suite with its decor of roses and lace create a "midnight and
roses" theme that provides a perfect place for honeymooners or any
special romantic get-a-way.
Breakfast is
served each morning in the dining room area. The attractively set table
in the dining room creates an inviting place for guests to enjoy an
unforgettable breakfast. Begin with fresh fruit, juices, baked goods and Costa
Rican organically grown coffee. Then move on to more sinful delights like
"Apple Dapple French Toast Cobbler" for a main entree. Complimentary
beverages, baked goods and fruit are available 24 hours.
While guest pets are not permitted, our resident poodle, Amie, who considers the
inn hers, will welcome those guests who miss their own pets. She has a love for
all people and gladly poses for a picture with anyone who cares to have a memory
of her to take home with them.
Business Travel: As corporate travelers
themselves, Innkeepers, Bob and Martha Bruce, have assured amenities important
to the business traveler were incorporated into their Bed and Breakfast. Full
size desks have been provided in each room along with an in-room phone system
that includes voice mail so guests can make calls from the room as well as
receive incoming calls. Two modem data ports are also available so computers may
be in use and calls made simultaneously. Wireless high speed Internet is also
available in each guest room.
A conference room is
available in the adjoining carriage house and is suitable to accommodate small
business conferences, sales meetings, training seminars or executive get-a-ways.
Facility includes access to computer, printer, fax and all necessary audio
visual equipment.
An events coordinator
is available to customize corporate packages to meet your needs. There are many
packages available or you can create your own. By knowing what you hope to
achieve every detail can be planned for you.
Discounts available: Corporate, AAA, AARP,
government, military and multi-night (some restrictions apply).
Additional guests may stay in rooms that can
accommodate them for a charge of $25.00 per night for adults and $20.00 per
night for children.
Two night minimum required on event weekends and
during high season. Some special events may require longer minimum. All room rates subject to applicable Florida State
Sales Tax (7%) and Pinellas County Tourism Tax (4%).
Cancellations:- must be made within 14 days of stay;
cancellations under 14 days will be refunded
(less a $15.00 fee) if room is rebooked.
