Pets are not permitted and all rooms are designed for single or double occupancy only. This inn is a completely non-smoking facility, both inside and outside rooms, for the comfort of all of our guests. Cancellation Policy: Should a
guest need to cancel for any reason, a 21 day written notice, with
return receipt acknowledging the notice's date of arrival at the inn, is
required for a full refund. Phone calls will not be accepted as
cancellations. Guests are responsible for the entire length of the
reserved stay for late cancellations or early departures. Reservations
are not transferable to alternate dates. The inn will make every effort
to fill the vacancy in the case of a late cancellation, but if unable to
fill the vacancy for the entire length of the guest's reserved stay, the
guest is ultimately responsible for the entire stay's charge. In the
case of a late cancellation, it is the responsibility of the guest to
contact the inn to inquire about a possible refund only after the last
