There are four spacious bedrooms. Two of
the bedrooms feature twin beds that can be made up to king size and the two
other rooms have queen size beds. The living room has two queen size sleeper
couches for bigger parties.
Amenities include:
Fully gated for security and privacy, complete equipped kitchen, tropical
garden, air conditioners, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR, stereo system, phone,
washer and dryer, hammock and garden lounging furniture and outside shower. All
linens and towels are provided (100% cotton, including beach towels). There is no smoking in the house.

*Please note: National Holiday Week means rates that apply in any week with a
National Holiday, for example, Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial
Day, Labor Day, Easter, and Independence Day. There is a seven night minimum
stay in a National Holiday week. Christmas and New Year can be booked
together, however only at a 14 night minimum booking for both holidays
together. If two different parties are interested for these two holidays
then the check out dates for Christmas is either the 27th, 28th or 29th and
the check in date for New Years is no later than the 29th.

Each stay requires a cleaning deposit in
the amount of one additional night's rent. This cleaning deposit is completely
refundable, should guests leave premises in a fashion, manageable to be cleaned
in a given amount of time by professional cleaner. Should cleaning of premises
go beyond allotted time usually taken to restore to its original condition, then
cleaning deposit will not be refunded, but retained by owner to defray
additional expenses. Owner has up to 14 days after departure of guest to refund
the deposit.
The Small Print
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings - please send the deposit
within 7 days of making the booking - reservations not confirmed with a 50%
deposit will be subject to cancellation.
- There will be no refund on any cancelled booking.
- Substitution rental proration is possible.
11.42% will be added for Hawaii state room and excise taxes.
