Policies:
STANDARD MINIMUM STAY required (2
nights) on the weekends/Friday & Saturday
ROOM
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
The amount required for a standard reservation is Room
plus tax for the first night stay at the time of booking; the Full Balance
is charged to the credit card seven (7) days before arrival. Special events
require a ninety (90) day 100% full pre-payment and are charged to the
credit card
ROOM
RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
Must be given in writing. A $25 cancellation processing fee applies to all
cancellations, including early departure. If cancelled within 7-days
of a standard reservation date, or within 60-days of a special event
reservation date (events, holidays and conventions), the charges are
non-refundable, and will result in 100% of stay.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express Discover and Cashiers Checks.
NO CASH, Debit Cards, Travelers Checks or Personal/Business Checks.
AGE
RESTRICTIONS:
Guest Must be 21 years or older. A Government issued ID and credit card are
required to check-in.
IN-HOUSE
RESTRICTIONS: Magnolia Mansion is a
smoke-free environment.
PARKING:
Complimentary parking provided based on availability. NO RV'S, U-hauls,
moving vans, trailers or trucks allowed. |
