As you open the 12 ' cedar door and enter into a room reminiscent of Tara, three 12 foot windows covered with the famous Green Velvet Drapes with Gold Fringe greet you (Scarlet found them so beautiful that she made a dress out of the drapes-- Ladies don't get any wild ideas O.K.!) Complete with a traditional period styled desk to accompaniment your high-speed internet and laptop computer needs. A beautiful and ornately carved mahogany 4 poster king sized bed will insure you will have a comfortable stay while at the Mansion.

This Deluxe Bedroom is complimented by a fabulous double slipper cast iron tub with massive brass claw feet and a hand held shower and pedestal wash basin.

Napoleon’s Rendezvous

The coziest of the main floor accommodations is filled with traditional Gold and Blue French decor. The Queen-sized wrought- iron canopy bed is beautifully draped with sheer fabrics that match the drapes and bed linens. Complete with a traditional period styled desk to accompaniment your high-speed internet and laptop computer needs.

The Napoleon Bathroom is furnished with a single slipper cast iron, brass claw foot tub with a hand held shower and pedestal wash basin.
 

Vampire’s Lair
(Main Floor Accommodation #3)

New Orleans decor at it's best! With walls the color of a rich Merlot wine , or maybe blood red , never the less this room is "Drop Dead Gorgeous" and screams rich decadence. The king size hand carved wooden canopy Vampire bed is a replica of the one used in the movie "Interview with a Vampire". (And yes, there are Vampire Tours available upon request). Complete with a traditional period styled desk to accompaniment your high-speed internet and laptop computer needs.

Vampire Bed by Prince & Pauper
Without a doubt, this is the bathroom to die for! Furnished with a sculpted drape tub with a handheld shower that looks more like a work of art than a functional tub. A beautiful black marble vanity compliments this premiere bathroom.

This is definitely the room for all Anne Rice fans, and is one of the most romantic and luxurious bedrooms at the mansion. Perfect for a Romantic Getaways, Anniversaries and honeymoons.
