 Turn-of-the-century farm house nestled on the edge of a salt marsh and tidal
brook, 1/2 mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 1 mile from the beach.
The guest rooms have private baths, air-conditioning, ceiling fans queen or
double beds. Four are available in July & August, two from September to July. The suite available in July and August only can accommodate up to 4
people
 2 adults and 2 children. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a sitting
area with a day bed and a cot. There is also a full kitchen. There is a $20.00
charge per child.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits less $15.00 service fee will be returned with 15
days notice. Otherwise the deposit less $15.00 will be returned if the reserved
space is re-rented for the entire time reserved.
Directions:
From I-95 Maine Turnpike, take exit # KENNEBUNK, go to stop sign,
take a left onto Rt. #35 S. This brings you into downtown Kennebunk to a traffic
light, take a left go one block to the next light and bear right, the signage
will say Rt. #35 & 9A continue for 4 miles at the second light take a right on
to Ft. 9 Western Ave. Lake Brook Bed & Breakfast is 1/4 mile down on the right.
