Choose from eight wonderfully private rooms a spacious two-bedroom suite with private bathroom, or one of our deluxe vacation homes. (rates are based on a one night stay for two).  All of our units include the use of bicycles at no additional charge!

All of these charming rooms have private baths, and most feature a whirlpool bath or steam-sauna shower. And, of course, each room provides telephone, cable TV, computer ports, hair dryers, magnifying mirrors and your choice of queen or king size beds, and most have a picturesque view overlooking Southwest Harbor!

The Carriage House $150 - $245 double occupancy

The Southwester:

"The Southwester" is a romantic charming beautifully decorated house adjacent to the Inn that features three bedrooms, a private living room, spacious kitchen with dining area, and a large private bathroom. Enjoy the ultimate in privacy with your partner or your family… living room offers, gas stove, French doors opening to your own private sundeck. Join us for breakfast, or simply plan your time as you wish. Great for the whole family, this house is supplied with all of the "essentials" plus telephone, cable television, VCR and a computer port . The "Southwester" is truly your "home away from home", unsurpassed in Southwest Harbor.

The Carriage House:
This delightfully romantic little house will take your breath away! Very comfortably accommodating two people, this quaint historic cottage features a comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining area, a newly remodeled bathroom with steam-sauna shower, cable television, and a computer port… and you'll love the elegant custom fireplace in the great-room. "The Carriage House" is decorated with antique "country-style" furnishings and comes with all of the essentials. The private deck is a perfect place to enjoy the sun and the garden views. Don't forget to join us for breakfast in the main inn! "The Carriage House" includes the use of bicycles at no additional charge.
