Waterford North: This room features a queen size bed. The private bath has a shower. Waterford North is our most popular room with its calming colors and setting. A newly added private entrance and porch sitting area allow easy access from the outside and overlook the garden. Waterford North is our most popular room with its calming colors and setting. Quiet season rate $120 November-April. High season rate $140 May-October.  Double occupancy.
 

Waterford South: This room provides a private bath with shower and king size bed. Ivy wallpaper is accented with pistachio green painted trim and dark red wide floor boards.  There is access to the veranda located on the 2nd floor at the front of the building. Relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the world go by. Quiet season rate is $105 Nov-April  High season rate is $125 May-October. Double occupancy.
 

Waterford Flat is a two-room suite. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers a small library with full sized bed  which accommodates your guest or children for the night. The private bath is off of the sitting room and there is access to the 2nd floor veranda. Quiet season rate $130.00. High season rate $150.00.
 

Grand Ballroom Suite: This room was converted from the original ballroom of the inn to a very unique guest room. It has a ten foot high vaulted ceiling and 600 square feet of space flooded with light from seven windows. King size bed and claw foot tub are the ideal amenities to pamper your troubles away.  Sitting area futon offers a place for relaxing or watching TV and will also accommodate children at an additional charge.  Sneak down the back stairway to the garden or wander to the entry hall and dining rooms for dinner.  A most romantic getaway for a special night.  Rate for this room is $225 year round. Double occupancy.
