Pier One Waterfront Rentals, now a part of the Harbor Cottage Inn, offers weekly waterfront suites in Southwest Harbor, Maine. We are an easy 2 minute walk to the Harbor Cottage Inn and the picturesque village of Southwest Harbor and conveniently near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.

Pier One Waterfront Rentals is situated on the western "quiet side" of Mount Desert Island. Our sunsets are lovely. Come and join us at Pier One. 

This very unique compound offers a unique experience of being on a picturesque working Harbor with beautiful views and privacy. Come and enjoy the views, the birds, watch the sail, lobster and fish boats leave and come back.

Come to see boats being refurbished, enjoy with the sea breezes mixed with the sounds and views of a beautiful old working harbor. Dock and launch your canoe, kayak or small boat right outside your door. The sunsets from Pier One are beyond compare in the area.

Topside:
A spacious 2nd floor apartment offering views of the Harbor and its activities. Living room with dining area and full equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms. One with twin beds and one with queen size. Shower. Electric heat. Sliding doors opening to a cozy deck. Telephone, cable TV. Great views and spectacular sunsets. Topside can accommodate up to 6 people.

Fok-Sul:
Separate bedroom and living room with working fireplace than can be enjoyed from living and bedroom. Deck on cove. Separate roomy equipped full size kitchen with breakfast table. Hot water heat. Shower bath. Queen size bed. Telephone, cable TV. Great views and spectacular sunsets. Sleeps 2.

Quata-Deck: One bedroom first floor apartment. Sliding glass doors onto brick garden patio, separate deck on cove. Living room/dining area with equipped kitchen. Bathtub and shower. Queen bed and sleep sofa in the living room. Telephone, cable TV. Great views and spectacular sunsets. Sleeps up to 4.

Bow-Sprit: Sliding glass doors with deck directly on water and rocky shoreline. Queen size bed. Shower bath. Efficiency equipped kitchen. Grill. Electric heat. Great views and spectacular sunsets. Sleeps 2.

No small detail has been overlooked. Inviting picture windows and private outdoor spaces capture ever-changing Harbor activities. The 150-foot pier is private and available exclusively for our guests' enjoyment.
 

How to Find Us:
Follow Route 102 into Southwest Harbor. Turn left at the blinking light onto Clark Point Road. The sign for PIER ONE will be on the right about 2/3 of a mile down. We are directly on the water.
