Casual Country Comfort in a typical Maine Cottage and Motel Complex. In any season our prices are moderate, with some Great Off Season Packages for Two.

Units range from double-bed motel rooms to fully equipped two-bedroom apartments. A four-bedroom house is also available for weekly rental. Each unit has air conditioning and heat, a small refrigerator, color cable television, and a private bath with modern shower. Cooking units are equipped with pots and pans as well as the usual cooking and eating utensils. Some units have a Jacuzzi tub. Additional amenities include maid service, guest laundry, newspapers, and fax service.

A guest cafe serves morning pastries plus coffee, tea, and cookies all day. Special off-season getaway packages offer dinner certificates to local restaurants.

There's so much to do a Shorelands Guest Resort at any time of the year, and its location allows you to feel so close to everything, yet removed from noise and congestion. A swimming pool, hot tub, basketball, shuffleboard, ping-pong, horseshoes, board games, children's play equipment, swings, bikes to borrow, and grills and lobster cookers are all on site. One of Southern Maine's last natural sand-duned beaches lies just across the road from Shorelands, an easy walk down a tree-lined country lane.

The staff will be happy to help with information on area attractions. Land lovers will appreciate golf in the area, as well as bike and walking trails, nature preserves, antique malls and flea markets galore, museums, delightful shops, and dozens of restaurants. Those who wish to enjoy the water may canoe, scuba dive, fish, swim, or book a whalewatching, sailing or lobster boat cruise, all just minutes from Shorelands! Just a little further out, the entire family can enjoy water parks, amusement parks, horseback riding, summer theatre, and factory outlet malls.

Shorelands Guest Resort is not posh -- it's a friendly, family-style resort that guests come back to year after year for the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness, attentive service, and country casual comfort.

All attractions are only 2 miles away in Kennebunkport, sightseeing, more sandy, and some rocky beaches; Whale watching, shopping, antiquing, walks, water sports, golf, mini-golf, tennis, summer theatre, amusement parks.

Cancelation Policy: $25 bookkeeping fee at any time; weekly stays, no refund after May 15; nightly stays require at least 14 days notice. One or Two night's deposit for short stays; $250 deposit for weekly stays.

Payment: Deposit is $250.00 for weekly stays (1 or 2 nights for shorter stays). Deposits are applied toward the last night reserved. Personal checks, credit charges, and money orders accepted for deposits. Major credit cards, travelers' checks, and cash accepted for payment.
