"Brookside" Motel

It is comprised of two truly lovely motels, "Brookside" and "Pondside", centered by an historic 1896 landmark barn. The 1896 House barn houses a renowned tavern & fine restaurant, called The Hunt Club and six Country Inn luxury suites named "Barnside" which function as a distinctive Bed and Breakfast.

The 1896 House offers 17 acres of natural beauty and country space with incomparable water landscapes, romantic footbridges, gardens, and a stately gazebo to embellish the scene. The serene duck pond with its curved stone bridge create a mini Shangri-La at Pondside while Hemlock Brook winds through the flowering banks and lattice footbridges at Brookside and Barnside. Our signature Adirondack chairs dot the property, allowing you many perfect spots from which to enjoy the view.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Your guaranteed reservation constitutes a contract whereby we agree to forego all other reservations in order to accommodate you for the dates booked. You in turn agree to assume financial responsibility for those rooms being held for you. Should cancellation occur for any reason within the cancellation period, you are financially committed and we must retain your deposit. Once registered, you are committed for all dates booked.

You may use a credit card or check to guarantee your room. A deposit equal to the rate for one day plus applicable taxes, or 50% for two or more days is required to guarantee your reservation. On two-day minimum weekends, a two-day deposit is required. Your deposit guarantees your entire stay.

Deposits will be promptly refunded if the reservation is cancelled seven days prior to the arrival date. For multiple reservations of 6 rooms or more, a 30-day notice is required. Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 administration fee per room.
