Thayer's is available by special arrangement 365 days a year. 

Whether this is your first or second wedding, or an anniversary celebration with vow renewal Thayer's owner Sharon Gammell will be honored to officiate your ceremony.  

When your celebration is at Thayer's you have exclusive use of Thayer's dining room.

Thayer's dining room can easily seat 40 people and can seat as many as 50 people comfortably for a sit down dinner. We have accommodated as many as 125 people but, it did get crowded.

With a combined 110 years in restaurants, catering, hospitality and service industries, Thayer's owner, Sharon Gammell, Assistant Chef Randy Kasko and their staff- pledge to you their years of experience and know how to make your day unparalleled!

F.Y.I.

• Special Events, Weddings, actually all private functions at Thayer’s require a non-refundable payment of 50%*of the total or $1000 which ever is less, to secure your date. This payment is deducted from your event's total cost. The remaining balance is due the same day as your function. If an event needs to be changed or cancelled, by you, the pre-payment becomes a non-refundable cancellation fee.

• We accept Visa, MC, American Express, Discover, cash & personal checks. For Special Events, other than our Interactive Mysteries, it is possible for those under the age of 16 years to attend; however, you must advise us well in advance if  you would like them to join you.

• As our "Thank You" to you and your guests, for choosing Thayer’s, we offer a 15% discount on each room reserved for the evening of your event.

We have access to professional musicians, entertainers, limo services, carriage rides, decorators, and charters. We enjoy creating a celebration that is unforgettable and remembered fondly by all those participating.
