Leith Hall is an elegantly
restored 1880's home in the heart of the Victorian historic district -
only 1/2 block from the beach and two blocks from the mall, offering Ocean
Views, whirlpool tubs, full gourmet breakfasts, antiques, afternoon tea,
air conditioning, and parking.
Your hearty Victorian breakfast is served
from antique sliver, silver and Royal Worcester china. The aroma of freshly
brewing coffee and home baked breads wakes you up while quiches, crepes and egg
entrees fortify you for the day. We offer beach chairs and towels if you’re
heading for the surf. We offer directions and advice if you’re looking for
antiques. Perhaps best of all, we offer a beautifully restored parlor and
library and a large wraparound porch if you’re planning on doing absolutely
nothing. There’s a Victorian cabinet grand piano if you’re feeling musical.
Hundreds of books if you’re feeling literary and extremely comfy chairs and
ottomans, if you’re feeling like a nap.
After working on your tan all day, you
can join us for afternoon tea. We’ll help you with dinner reservations at Cape
May’s many fine restaurants. At night the ocean breezes and the sound of the
surf will lull you to sleep.
Cape May offers America's greatest
collection of Victorian houses, broad sandy beaches, boating, fishing, golf and
tennis. House tours, antique and gift shopping, horse and carriage rides and
the best restaurants in New Jersey fill up your day.
There are miles of pristine beaches for
swimming, strolling and sunning. The marina offers boats for excursions, fishing
, and sailing. Discover the town by bicycle and by trolley, stopping to enjoy
the historic house tours, to browse for antiques and to shop on our picturesque
main street. An active day in Cape May can include tennis and golf with great
restaurant dining in the evening and dancing into the night.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 14 or
more days in advance of your arrival date, deposit is returned minus $30 for
processing, If you cancel 1 to 2 weeks in advance, half of your deposit is
returned, If you cancel in the last week, you loose your deposit.
Directions: Take the Garden State Parkway
Southbound to the end. Go straight
and it becomes Route 109 South. Route 109 South becomes Lafayette Street. Turn
left onto Ocean Street. Go four blocks. Leith Hall is 1/2 block from the Ocean
on the right hand side.
