We offer three guest rooms, one suite and two separate private cottages for couples only.

Meadowview Room has exposed original pine wood floors, a queen canopy bed with white eyelet, a handmade quilt, a braided rug, and is done in pink, mauve, rose, burgundy and grey. It has a private bath with a shower stall.

Sylvan View Room features a queen bed and private bath with tub and shower. Room is done in blue and tan with wall-to-wall carpet and a 'handkerchief' comforter.

Davis Suite has 3 rooms - bath with tub and shower, bedroom with queen four-poster bed, and sitting room with loveseat, electric/stove fireplace, electric tea kettle, hot beverages, refrigerator, satellite TV/VCR, ironing board and iron.

The Loft has a king bed and two twins, or four twins, private bath with shower stall, two night stands, dresser, two rockers, raised ceiling with exposed beams, paddle fan, window A/C, individual electric heat, and can sleep up to 5.

Each private cottage features a whirl pool tub for 2, gas log fireplace, king bed, loveseat and matching chair, coffee table or ottoman, satellite TV/VCR, DVD/CD player, movies, music CD's stacks of magazines, snacks, wet bar with everything stocked for breakfast except the food, kitchen table and chairs, separate bath with shower for 2, deck with rockers overlooking the horse meadow and barns.

We are next door to Amish farms, close to flea markets, antique shops, quilt shops, woodworking shops, wineries, auctions, farmers markets, outlet shopping, museums, hiking and biking trails, public swimming pool, Strasburg Railroad, Hersheypark, PA Renaissance Faire, hot air balloon rides, buggy rides, dinner theatres, Amish diners and fine dining.

Cancellation Policy: One night's deposit is required to reserve a room to be applied to the last night of your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival by cash, travelers checks, personal check or credit or debit card.  You may pay the balance ahead of time by personal check if you wish. If cancellation is received at least 2 weeks ahead of reservation date, the entire deposit will be refunded less the $20 cancellation fee.  If cancellation is received after the 2-week deadline, we will refund any amounts for nights we are able to re-rent the room less the $20 cancellation fee.  In any case, a minimum $20 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations will only be honored by speaking directly with the innkeepers - cancellations left on the answering machine, fax, or on e-mail will not be honored.  If a room is booked, but no cancellation is received within the deadline, no one shows up, or the room is not taken for whatever reason, the credit card number taken to reserve the room will be charged for the nights booked.

Directions:
From the East:  Follow Route 30 West into Lancaster County to Route 283 West to the Salunga exit.  Turn left at the stop sign and follow Spooky Nook Road 1.2 miles to Eby Chiques Road. Turn right and follow Eby Chiques Road 1/4 mile to the first place on the right.  You will see a barn, a big white rock, and our sign in the shape of a milk bottle on its side - just pull in the drive, past the barn to the parking lot.
