Waterfront estate with a restored English Country Manor. Beside Colt State Park located on Bristol Harbor and Narragansett Bay. 20 minutes from Newport, famous for it's  mansions, yacht clubs and busy harbor and from Providence, RI.  Sailing, kayaks, bikes, museums, antique shops, restaurants and home of the America's Cup boat makers.

Enjoy life as it was as you stroll through the 33-room mansion along granite and teak floors. Read by the fire in the lovely library or enjoy the wrap around water view from the Grand Gallery. The house is air conditioned and each room includes a television, newspaper delivery, house robes, hair dryers, towels and a private phone line. Our Guest Office is equipped with fax, copier, PC and conference calling.

All rooms have private baths with bathtubs and separate showers, and we offer two honeymoon suites. All guest suites offer luxurious accommodations, spectacular water and garden views, Italian linens and down comforters.

After the best night's sleep of your life, join the other guests for a full breakfast in the waterfront dining room. This dining room is known for its murals of Bristol's famous homes and mansions. If you prefer, breakfast can be served poolside, on the terrace or delivered to your suite. A separate continental breakfast is available at 7 a.m. for the early travelers and 24-hour beverages and snacks are available.

 Cancellation Policy: 30 days for regular calendar.  60 for holidays or weddings.  Refund if room is rented for your designated dates.
