All suites and rooms
are elegantly appointed with antique furnishings, queen bed
with fine linens and Bose Wave® radio/CD units with dual wake-up alarm.
Please ask for assistance, if you are unsure how to operate any of the
audio equipment, cable TV, VCR and private bathroom. Each room is
spacious with high ceilings, oak floors, lots of lighting, and most with
ceiling fans.
Suites feature views of Puget Sound and enormous bathrooms
with large showers and jetted tubs. Fireplace within the Branch Quarters
provides an additional touch of romance & relaxation.
Guests are welcome to relax or play
games in all public rooms (library, both front parlors, and/or dining
room). Cable television is provided in each room for your viewing
pleasure.

Branch Quarters
The Branch Quarters is named after the original master of the house,
William T. Branch. Fittingly, the suite is our most opulent, featuring
Louis XIV antique furnishings, large fireplace, two large picture
windows with views of Puget Sound and Commencement Bay, sitting space to
enjoy the fire or view, and large private bathroom. The master bath
includes a two-person jetted tub and shower, antique cabinet and
pedestal sink. Rate: $199.


Prospect Suite
The Prospect Suite is named after Tacoma's Prospect Hill and is part of
the Puget Sound view beyond its two large picture windows. The suite is
appointed with a large queen four poster plantation bed, additional
antique furnishings, ceiling light fan, and has an extremely large
private bath with separate wardrobe / sitting area. The master bath
features a two-person jetted tub, large shower, and antique cabinet
washbasin. Rate: $189


Cedar Room
The Cedar Room is named after the two large trees located outside the
bedroom and bathroom windows offering privacy, shade, and quiet. The
room is appointed with a decorative iron queen size bed, additional
antique furnishings, ceiling light fan, and has a truly vintage
bathroom. The roomy bathroom, featured in our Tacoma's recent historical
home tour, includes a period, circular shower basin, enormous soaking
tub, pedestal sink, and white mosaic tile. Rate: $139
Bullard Room (not shown)
The Bullard Room is named after the Branch Colonial House's commissioned
architect, George W. Bullard. Mr. Bullard was a prominent architect for
many years in Tacoma, designing several historical buildings within the
surrounding neighborhood. The room is appointed with an antique queen
size bed, additional antique furnishings, Bose Waveradio/CD, cable TV
and VCR. The bathroom features period pedestal sink, antique shower tub,
and mosiac tile. Rate: $129
The Sunroom (not shown)
The Sunroom is named for the warm and inviting sunrise. This room has a
king size bed, extra large bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower
and a twin size fold out sleeper. From your tub you have a peek-a-boo
view of the sound, additional antique furnishings, Bose Waveradio/CD,
cable TV and VCR. Rate: $169
The Apartment (not shown)
Our most recently completed suite is on the first floor and offers its
own porch entrance, includes a full kitchen and laundry facilities to
boot. Perfect for extended stays and families traveling on vacation. The
room is appointed with a queen-size bed, twin size day bed, cable TV and
VCR. The bathroom features a claw foot soaking tub with rain showerhead.
