All guest rooms and University Suites feature down comforters, soft cozy bathrobes, desks, well-stocked bookshelves, phones with voicemail and data ports, TVs, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, bottled water, and Chocolates on arrival. Each room has a resident teddy bear. All rooms are non-smoking.

Rates: The current rate range is $99 to $144.00 per night. Rates will vary depending on which room you choose, the dates you reserve for, the number of guests in your party, and availability of rooms. Third Floor: Two Guest Rooms

Crow's Nest Chamber: This third floor roomy hideaway has a rustic romantic look with its gray wood paneling and built in bedside fireplace. Eyebrow windows over the queen-sized antique iron bed and a picturesque view of the Cascade Mountains add to the romance. The private bath features an old-fashioned ball and claw foot tub with shower. Accommodations can be made for a third person.
		Scallop Chamber:- The largest room in the house, this room was the former library of the Georgian colonial mansion. This room includes a dormer window view of the Cascade Mountains, a private rear porch perfect for picnics, and a Franklin Stove Gas Fireplace! The queen sized iron bed is the centerpiece of the room, a large wicker chair and a loveseat offer plenty of relaxing space. A private bath with tub and shower is included. Accommodations can be made for a third person.

Second floor: Four guest rooms

Rose Chamber:- A romantic getaway, this room features rose covered wallpaper from the 1930's hand colored by a previous owner. Furnished in antique oak, the old fashioned queen-sized bed, dresser and armoire give the room a warm feel. This room has a view of the Cascade Mountains and opens onto a porch overlooking the gardens. A private bath with shower.
		Garden Chamber:- Step into a botanical wonderland. From the down comforter on an antique king-size bed, to the curtains and artwork, the botanical theme creates a comfortable, relaxing room. The room opens onto a large porch with a Cascade Mountain and garden view. A large private detached bath with tub and shower.
Northwest Chamber:- This cozy room, decorated in Northwest forest green, features a queen sized antique oak bed, desk, and many Northwest touches. The room opens onto a private covered porch. Private bath with tub and shower.
		Sunrise Chamber:- Bright and airy, this room faces east towards the Cascade Mountains. Featuring a Sheraton style queen-sized bed and washstand with handmade pottery sink, this room has two comfortable seating chairs and an antique dresser/desk. A private bath with shower.
